Iglesia Cristiana Encuentro Con Dios began on December 9, 2009 in the city of West Palm Beach, Florida. Pastor Juan Diaz is the General Pastor of Iglesia Cristiana Encuentro Con Dios and Pastors the church alongside his wife Pastor Marsia Diaz and Co Pastors Ramon and Miriam Ramos. Our Pastors and Co Pastors are the founders of Iglesia Cristiana Encuentro Con Dios. Since its beginnings Iglesia Cristiana Encuentro Con Dios has been in constant growth seeing God's promises being fulfilled every day over his house. Iglesia Cristiana Encuentro Con Dios is a non denominational Christian Church duly registered in the state of Florida and with the federal government of the United States. Our church is governed by our Pastors and the governing board that together with our Pastors make decisions for the advancement and growth of the church and the salvation of souls. Our values ​​as a church are love, unity and humility. We believe that these values ​​are essential for an atmosphere that is healthy, restorative and full of God's power to do the entrusted work. Iglesia Cristiana Encuentro Con Dios is a completely bilingual and multicultural church with families from many different countries. We continue to believe God for all his plans and purposes and know that our city, West Palm Beach, is an altar chosen by God to manifest his plan of salvation to all nations. Pastor Juan Diaz is the General Pastor of Iglesia Cristiana Encuentro Con Dios. He is native to Toa Alta, Puerto Rico. He grew up in a Christian home when at the age of eight his parents surrendered their lives to the Lord and since then he serves the Lord. Pastor Juan Diaz has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management and is currently completing a Master's Degree in Divinities. Pastor Juan Diaz is also a worshiper having recorded his first musical production "Confia" in 2018 with the purpose of taking the message of salvation in each praise. Pastor Juan Diaz is married to Pastor Marsia Diaz and as a result of their love they have three beautiful children Leah, Sofia and Samuel.
Pastor Marsia Diaz is a native of Guatemala City, Guatemala. Since she was a child she had an encounter with the Lord and since then serves God with passion. She works in Iglesia Cristiana Encuentro Con Dios with her husband working tirelessly pastoring the ladies of the church, giving counseling, in the ministry of children, preaching of the gospel and all the areas that the pastorate requires. Pastor Marsia Diaz is a dedicated wife, devoted mother and a Pastor faithful to her call.
Co Pastor Ramon is a native of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. From a young age he was raised in the ways of the Lord and since then he is faithful to his call and his work within the kingdom of God. Co Pastor Ramon Ramos is a musician of the Lord playing the piano, work that he does with anointing and dedication. He works together with the Pastors in the preaching of the gospel, worshiping in music, directing the Radio Encounter With God and all the areas that the pastorate requires.
